The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Branch Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be a passionate leader who embodies the values of being united, informative, approachable, caring, and transparent. This role is pivotal in ensuring a high degree of member retention and new account acquisition through outside business development and local grassroots activities. The AVP, Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing branch sales, service, and business plans, as well as increasing market visibility and awareness. They will also be tasked with developing and empowering staff to deliver quality service, and trusted financial advice, and to meet established sales and performance goals. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial institution, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, and a solid working knowledge of depository and loan products, branch operations, and financial regulations. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft applications, effective team-building skills, and the ability to build relationships and empower staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, with a preference for those with additional management experience and specific training in sales and service techniques. The AVP, Branch Manager will be expected to be NMLS registered, and Medallion Stamp Certified, and to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
