Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of providing affordable, high-quality healthcare to individuals and families, particularly those facing barriers to care. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's values are reflected in its service delivery, with a focus on compassionate care, organizational growth, financial stewardship, and responsive service to the community. This transformative leadership role demands a results-driven, innovative leader with a proven track record in community health, organizational strategy, and stakeholder engagement. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team to navigate a challenging landscape, including regulatory and compliance demands, funding uncertainties, and workforce shortages. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should be adept at maintaining strong relationships with local, state, and federal officials, as well as with the business community. The role requires a leader with a Graduate degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive management experience in community behavioral health, hospitals, or integrated healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will have a philosophy of shared leadership, collaboration, and accountability, and be politically savvy with excellent communication skills. Experience in leading strategic initiatives, building innovative systems of care, and a strong business sense within the community health and human services context are essential.
