Chief Product Officer (CPO), SaaS & AI

The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) with a strong background in B2B SaaS and a focus on AI and LLM-powered features. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product strategy and roadmap, working closely with the CEO to define and execute the product vision. This role involves identifying and driving opportunities to integrate AI and LLMs into the platform, leading a product team, and maintaining direct engagement with clients to ensure that the product meets their needs. The CPO will also be expected to collaborate with engineering to deliver AI-powered features that are reliable, high-quality, and sustainable. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in product management, with a significant portion of that time spent in senior or lead roles at a B2B SaaS company. A proven track record of shipping AI and LLM-powered features that are in use by real customers is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in an AI-native or AI-transitioning SaaS environment and be both strategic and hands-on in their approach. Client-facing energy and a strong emphasis on product craftsmanship, discovery practices, and execution excellence are also key requirements for this role.
