Chief Operating Officer (COO)

This role requires a strategic leader who can develop, monitor, and execute the organization's business plan, while also partnering with senior management to recommend and implement policies and processes that enhance the company's competitive edge and financial viability. The COO will be responsible for creating operational efficiency, particularly through the application of technology and digital solutions, and must have a strong background in branch leadership within a financial institution. Applicants for the Chief Operating Officer position at the company should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 10 years' in branch leadership within a financial institution. Comprehensive knowledge of financial service industry products, operations, and procedures is essential, as is experience with Fiserv. The role demands a candidate with a deep understanding of local, state, and federal financial regulations, and a proven track record in technical skills, communication, customer-focused presentation, business acumen, project management, and leadership.
