Associate Vice President, Primary & Secondary Loan Closer Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as an Assistant Vice President in Primary and Secondary Loan Closing. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing loan trades, ensuring the progression of all closing phases, and executing the closing process efficiently. This includes the creation and collection of closing documents, as well as liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processing. The role also involves managing a portfolio of pre-settlement traded loans and prioritizing trades to drive the closing process. To be successful in this role, candidates must have a proven background in a loan middle office or operations role, with a preference for those with experience in a documentation-related function. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize work to meet transaction deadlines are essential. Knowledge of loan closing processes, particularly in a distressed or claims context, is highly valued. Familiarity with systems such as Loan IQ, Sentry, or ClearPar is beneficial, as is a background in a similar role within the financial services industry. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
