Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its dynamic and rapidly growing entrepreneurial ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the overall financial strategy, leading the entire finance function, and ensuring excellence in areas such as FP&A, reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, and systems. This role requires a business-oriented finance professional with 8-15 years' experience, including a previous senior role with significant business exposure. Experience in sectors such as events, leisure, hospitality, retail, or high-growth environments is highly valued. The CFO will be tasked with designing and implementing scalable processes, leading the budgeting process, and driving the evaluation of investments and strategic initiatives through advanced analytics. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a solid understanding of complex and multi-unit operating models, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to adapt to less structured environments. The role also involves managing relationships with auditors, financial institutions, regulators, and other key stakeholders, as well as contributing to international expansion. The ideal candidate will have a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and a strong problem-solving orientation. Advanced English language skills are required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus. The CFO will be expected to lead and develop a high-performing finance team, and to drive the implementation and optimization of ERP and BI tools to enhance performance visibility and business analytics.
