Head of Electrical Systems

The Company is in search of a Head of Electrical Systems to spearhead the electrical strategy and execution for a diverse range of mission-critical modular products. This executive-level role demands a seasoned leader with a strong background in electrical engineering, particularly in commercial, industrial, or high-reliability environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the performance, reliability, and cost optimization of electrical systems, as well as leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure the manufacturability and long-term scalability of the products. Key responsibilities include influencing electrical architecture, partnering with supply chain and manufacturing engineering, and leading the integration of electrical systems within modular and prefabricated manufacturing environments. Applicants for the Head of Electrical Systems position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of owning complex electrical systems from design to deployment. The role requires a deep understanding of electrical power distribution, NEC and NFPA codes, grounding and bonding systems, switchgear, UPS systems, and generator systems. Experience in data center or mission-critical infrastructure, as well as a background in prefabrication, modular construction, or advanced manufacturing environments, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineering leader with a builder's mindset, capable of bridging the gap between product development, manufacturing, and field execution, while driving innovation and operational excellence. Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to manage budgets and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
