The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel for Sales and Commercial Transactions to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key legal advisor on a variety of sales and client management matters, with a focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial contracts. This role requires a strategic and pragmatic thinker with superior legal drafting skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. The Associate General Counsel will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including those related to health insurers, ERISA, and HIPAA privacy and security. Applicants must have a J.D. degree, be admitted to practice, and have at least 5 years of legal experience, with a strong background in commercial and technology transactions, preferably in a healthcare technology setting. In-house experience is preferred. The role demands a candidate with a growth mindset, excellent critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, as well as a high degree of professional ethics and integrity. Proficiency in the use of Artificial Intelligence to streamline legal operations is a plus.
