Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its transition to a modern management model, with a strong focus on operational improvement and long-term sustainability. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the organization through a modernization cycle that demands the alignment of advanced production methodologies with high-performance corporate governance. This pivotal role involves implementing internal process standards to enhance the efficiency of the production chain, driving commercial development to expand the brand's presence, and promoting portfolio innovation to reduce dependence on integrator partners. The CEO will also be responsible for leading strategic initiatives for business diversification and commercial expansion in Latin America, as well as structuring the internationalization plan for the region. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a solid background in CEO roles within family-owned businesses, with a proven ability to lead cultural transformation and manage relationships with Boards of Directors. A strong technical and business acumen in the metalworking supply chain is essential, as is a consistent track record in structuring and consolidating complex operational methods for continuous efficiency gains.
