About the Role
Greater Denver, CO Area (On-site)
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing for its franchise division. The successful candidate will be the key driver of the brand's growth, with a focus on two main areas: consumer growth and franchise development. This role requires a performance marketer who is also a systems builder, capable of creating and managing the infrastructure that supports the brand's expansion. Key responsibilities include developing local store marketing toolkits, managing customer acquisition costs, and overseeing the brand's digital footprint and reputation. The VP of Marketing will also be instrumental in positioning the brand to attract high-net-worth multi-unit developers and institutional investors. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a franchise environment, particularly in QSR, fast casual, or service-based sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling a brand and be adept at managing a MarTech stack, including CRM, POS, and loyalty programs. A strong background in data analysis, a coach/player mindset, and a deep understanding of the franchise business model are essential.
