Head of Compliance

The Company is seeking a Head of Compliance to join their team. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for all compliance-related matters, responsible for the (further) development of a compliance management system tailored to the company's needs. This role involves providing support and advice on antitrust and corruption law issues, as well as designing and implementing compliance training programs. The Head of Compliance will also be involved in project work and reporting in the compliance area. Applicants must be fully qualified lawyers with a strong background in compliance, having gained relevant professional experience in an internationally active commercial law firm or a globally positioned industrial company. A sound knowledge of antitrust law, fluent English skills, and a range of personal attributes including strong communication, assertiveness, organizational talent, and presentation skills are essential. The role requires a high level of integrity, a sense of responsibility, and a commitment to high-quality standards. Team spirit, intercultural sensitivity, and a solution-oriented approach are also key, along with a willingness to travel.
