Head of Supply Chain Management

The Company is seeking a Head of Supply Chain Management to take on a permanent, leadership role within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall supply chain processes at the site, including the development and implementation of supply chain strategies. This role involves leading and further developing the logistics, production planning, and materials management departments, as well as managing optimization and change projects. The Head of Supply Chain Management will also be tasked with ensuring high delivery performance, inventory optimization, and budget, cost, and investment management. Collaboration with internal departments, external service providers, and suppliers is essential, as is the leadership, development, and coaching of employees. Applicants for the Head of Supply Chain Management position at the company should have a completed degree in business administration, logistics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field, and possess extensive leadership experience in supply chain management. A sound knowledge of logistics, production planning, and materials management, as well as experience in manufacturing companies and optimizing supply chain processes, is required. The role demands proficiency in ERP systems, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in German and English. Experience in project and change management is also a key requirement for this senior position.
