Head of Food & Beverage

The Company is in search of a Head of Food & Beverage to oversee and elevate the dining experience across its luxury boutique resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all food and beverage operations, including the restaurant, bars, and kitchen. This role involves the development of innovative menus and dining concepts, as well as the recruitment, training, and mentorship of both kitchen and front-of-house teams. The Head of Food & Beverage will also be tasked with driving exceptional guest experiences, managing departmental budgets, and ensuring compliance with food safety and health standards.
