Vice President, Technical, R&D & Quality Greater Jacksonville, FL Area

The Company is seeking a VP, Technical to lead the R&D and Quality functions with a focus on innovation, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing the enterprise technical strategy, overseeing the end-to-end development process, and ensuring manufacturability, quality-system alignment, and consumer performance outcomes. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in R&D, product development, process development, and quality within regulated product environments. The VP, Technical will also be tasked with building and inspiring a diverse technical organization, driving capability in consumer understanding, product design, process engineering, and quality systems, and establishing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Applicants for the VP, Technical position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and at least 12 years of progressive technical leadership experience. A proven track record in transforming technical organizations, strong command of formulation and process development concepts, and experience in FDA and Dietary Supplement guidelines are essential.
