The Company is seeking a Chief Risk Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the governance of risks and the development and monitoring of the Enterprise Risk Management Program. This role involves partnering with the business leadership team to identify and address relevant risks, implementing meaningful risk reporting, and ensuring the bank's risk management framework aligns with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. The Chief Risk Officer will also oversee compliance with consumer protection laws, BSA requirements, and maintain robust information security policies to protect customer data. Applicants for the Chief Risk Officer position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in banking risk and compliance, with a focus on consumer and community banking. The role requires a strategic leader who can lead and improve risk, compliance, information security, BSA, and CRA programs.
