Vice President, India Investment Banking Control Manager Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking an India Investment Banking Control Manager to join their global team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing the control environment of the investment banking business, with a focus on driving controls governance, risk management, and regulatory excellence. This role involves close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders to establish and manage the local control governance model, integrate it with the global framework, and ensure compliance with local and regional regulatory requirements. The India Investment Banking Control Manager will also be responsible for project management related to regulatory changes, producing control analysis for senior management, and developing and implementing control programs and training. Applicants must have a significant professional background in a regulatory, risk, or business role, with a strong understanding of investment banking products and the securities business regulatory environment in India and Asia Pacific. The role requires excellent coordination, analytical, and control skills, as well as the ability to engage with senior management and work across global time zones. A BA degree is required, and specialist experience in a control discipline is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, flexible team player with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
