The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the development of a modernized title insurance platform. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to define and execute strategic goals, particularly in the areas of post-acquisition integrations, process scalability, and operational standardization. This executive position demands a leader with the ability to turn strategy into action, establish and maintain operating rhythms, and ensure the visibility necessary for informed decision-making. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for the first 30/90/180 days of newly acquired businesses, overseeing both operational and cultural integration, and will be a key player in the continuous change management process. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should be flexible executives, adept at navigating unstructured environments and building processes from the ground up. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to quickly learn and understand new business lines.
