Vice President of Finance

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to define and execute financial strategy, enhance operational performance, and establish the necessary infrastructure to support the company's growth. This executive will be a key player in translating business objectives into financial strategies, providing in-depth analysis, and leading the development of financial models and tools to assess various business and investment scenarios. The role also involves championing the evolution of finance, ensuring financial considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business, and providing financial oversight for strategic initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates with an MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced professional designation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in progressive finance leadership, particularly within complex, multi-site, or high-growth organizations. Expertise in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support is essential. The role requires strong commercial and operational acumen, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in a private equity-backed, acquisitive, or rapidly growing environment, as well as a background in supporting acquisitions, integrations, or business transformation, is highly desirable.
