Head of Human Resources

The Company is in need of a Head of Human Resources to lead the strategic and operational development of the HR function. This key role involves the professional and disciplinary management of the HR department, with a focus on shaping modern HR and organizational processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, personnel administration, and will serve as an advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related and labor law matters. Additionally, the role includes the implementation and support of HR strategy measures, planning and coordination of training and professional development, and close cooperation with the works council. Applicants for the Head of Human Resources position at the company should have a completed degree in HR management, business psychology, business administration, or a comparable field, with several years' of professional experience in HR and management. A strong knowledge of labor law, experience with works councils, and expertise in employee management, conflict management, and organizational development are essential. The role requires a structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style, as well as strong communication skills in German and English. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office applications, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate a high degree of commitment, loyalty, and assertiveness.
