The Company is in search of a hands-on Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their Technology Quality Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating, executing, debugging, and maintaining automated tests across critical workflows. This role requires a strong focus on test suite ownership, reliability improvement, and providing clear quality evidence to support engineering decisions. The SDET will also be involved in working with and enhancing OpenCode-based skills and frameworks, as well as applying terminal/TUI agentic tools to real test engineering scenarios. A minimum of 3 years of SDET experience is essential, with a proven track record in automated testing across various layers, including UI, API, contract, integration, and regression. The role demands a deep understanding of AI-assisted development or test tools in terminal, CLI, or editor-based workflows, and the ability to critically review and correct agent-generated tests and code. The ideal candidate will have a strong debugging discipline, with the ability to investigate and resolve test failures, flaky behavior, and application defects. Exposure to performance, load, or chaos engineering, as well as open-source contributions to test or agentic tooling, is a plus. The company values a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
