The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales support and administrative staff, as well as leading training and process improvement initiatives to support the growth of the business. This role requires a strategic partner who can drive firm and branch initiatives, provide management and leadership to the staff, and ensure the team is well-versed in administrative policies, procedures, and best practices. The Client Service Group Manager will also be involved in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff, as well as conducting performance reviews and managing HR issues.
