Global Head of Customer Fulfillment

The Company is seeking a Global Head of Customer Fulfillment to define and execute the logistics and distribution strategy for its major global business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of products across a complex international network. This executive will provide strategic leadership for global distribution operations, driving network optimization, operational excellence, and digital transformation. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the global distribution strategy, leading a complex global distribution network, and overseeing warehousing, transportation, and customer fulfillment activities. The role also involves leading large-scale transformation initiatives, managing strategic global logistics providers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Candidates for the Global Head of Customer Fulfillment role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA preferred) and at least 20 years' of experience in global supply chain, logistics, distribution, or operations within complex multinational organizations. A minimum of 10 years' of leadership experience in managing large-scale international logistics and distribution organizations is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing global distribution strategies, leading complex distribution networks, and driving operational excellence. Strong expertise in logistics operations, warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and customer fulfillment is essential, as is experience in managing strategic global logistics providers.
