The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the launch and management of various investment funds, such as UCITS and alternative investment vehicles, and will be heavily involved in the drafting, review, and negotiation of legal documentation. A key aspect of the role is to partner with senior management and cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg and European regulatory frameworks, and acting as a strategic legal partner in business initiatives and new product development. Applicants for this role at the company should hold a Master's degree in Law, with a specialization in corporate, business, or financial law, and have a minimum of 8-15 years' legal experience in Luxembourg investment funds. Essential skills include a strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate law, European regulatory frameworks, and the ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents in both English and French.
