Executive Director, Energy & Infrastructure Investments

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Energy and Infrastructure Investments. This senior leadership role is pivotal in the identification, evaluation, execution, and management of investments within the energy and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the entire investment process, from origination to portfolio management, with a focus on direct investments, M&A transactions, and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include driving end-to-end transaction processes, conducting detailed investment analysis, and managing relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. The role also involves providing strategic oversight for existing investments, monitoring market trends, and mentoring junior investment professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related investment environment, with a strong background in energy and infrastructure. They should possess a proven track record in executing complex, high-value transactions, and have a deep understanding of investment strategies, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling. A strong network of industry relationships and the ability to operate at a senior stakeholder level with commercial acumen and strategic thinking are essential. Experience in a fast-growing investment platform or institutional investment environment is highly desirable. The role requires a strategic leader with the ability to align investment activities with the organization's long-term objectives and mandate.
