This role goes beyond traditional finance leadership, as the CFO will also be involved in shaping business strategy, improving operational performance, and supporting future acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A and operational finance, experience with mergers and acquisitions, and a proven track record of building relationships with external financial stakeholders. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced business degree preferred. The successful candidate will have a background in a growth-oriented organization, with experience in a private equity-backed environment being a plus. The role requires an executive with a strong operational mindset, the ability to influence business decisions, and a proven ability to translate financial information into strategic business insight. The CFO will also be expected to mentor a high-performing finance organization, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and ensure that the finance function is viewed as a strategic business partner across the organization.
