The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the IT department, with a strong focus on infrastructure, workplace, network, security, and central business applications. This role involves the technical, organizational, and financial management of IT services for several group companies, particularly in the manufacturing sector. The Head of IT will also be tasked with leading a team of approximately 40 employees, ensuring stable and service-oriented IT operations, and establishing group-wide standards and processes. A key aspect of the position is the further development of the compliance and security landscape, as well as the identification and implementation of digitalization and AI-supported solutions. Applicants for the Head of IT position at the company should be charismatic leaders with several years of experience in an IT management role, particularly in the manufacturing industry. The role requires a proven track record in building, developing, and realigning IT organizations, as well as expertise in IT infrastructure, operations, and security. In-depth knowledge of information security, risk, and emergency management is essential.
