The Company is seeking a Vice President - Business Lending Officer to join their team. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the business lending department, ensuring compliance with lending laws, and making sound credit decisions to minimize risk. The VP - Business Lending Officer will also be involved in mentoring and coaching staff, as well as supporting the development of new business loan products and procedures. Applicants must have a strong background in relationship banking, the ability to self-source business, and experience managing a commercial loan portfolio.
