The AVP will also be the key point of contact for complex operational issues, payment exceptions, and client-impacting events, and will represent operations during audits and enterprise initiatives. Candidates for the AVP, Operations Support position at the company should have a BA/BS in a related field or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 10 years in banking, payments, treasury operations, or financial services, and at least 5 years in a bank leadership role, preferably in payment or deposit operations functions. Strong knowledge of ACH, wire transfer, and deposit operations processes, as well as relevant banking regulations, is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing risk, driving process improvement, and fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence.
