Head of Strategic Finance

The Company is in search of a Head of Financial Planning to take on a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of its Vietnam operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including overseeing financial analysis and planning, preparing monthly reports, conducting profitability analyses, monitoring sales performance, and leading the annual budgeting process. This role also involves risk management, ESG reporting, and driving digital transformation by enhancing data flows and accounting practices. The Head of Financial Planning will be expected to build financial models for new ventures, support strategic projects, and ensure the accuracy of forecasting. A collaborative spirit, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a challenging, international environment are essential. Applicants for the Head of Financial Planning position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field, and have at least 10 years' of experience in financial planning, analysis, controlling, or business strategy within medium to large-scale international organizations. Fluency in English is mandatory, and experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
