Dean of the College of Health & Behavioral Sciences

The Company is seeking a Dean for its College of Health and Behavioral Sciences. The ideal candidate will be an administrative leader with a strong background in collaboration, vision, communication, and a proven track record as a teacher-scholar. This role requires a deep respect for the culture and history of the institution, a commitment to student-centered education, and an understanding of the importance of great teaching, advising, research, and professional service in the academic environment. The Dean will work closely with the Provost and Academic Affairs team to advance the College and the University, ensuring alignment with academic priorities and the strategic plan. Key responsibilities for the Dean include advocating for faculty and staff, demonstrating accountability, and making informed decisions that balance quantitative data with a human-centered approach. The successful candidate will also be involved in various university-level administrative and planning groups and will serve on the Academic Council and Strategy Teams. The College of Health and Behavioral Sciences is dedicated to the health and well-being of individuals and communities, offering a range of degree programs in allied health, communication sciences, nursing, psychology, and social work.
