The Company is in search of a Head of Accounting & Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all accounting, finance, and tax matters, ensuring statutory compliance with local laws and corporate guidelines. This pivotal role involves driving process improvements, maintaining the integrity of financial data, and leading ad-hoc accounting projects. The Head of Accounting and Finance will also be tasked with tax management, including strategy, compliance, and staying abreast of regulatory changes. Team management is a key aspect of the position, requiring the supervision and guidance of the country's accounting team. Applicants for the Head of Accounting & Finance position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, audit, or a related field, with a Chief Accountant certificate and additional professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA being highly desirable. A minimum of 12-15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles within international or multinational businesses, is required. The role demands in-depth knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax laws, as well as excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and production environments, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proven track record of fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
