Associate Vice President, Senior Pricing Actuary

The Company is in search of a Senior Pricing Actuary to play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of pricing models for insurance products. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the pricing and profitability analysis, ensuring that the pricing strategies are competitive, sustainable, and compliant with regulatory standards. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, underwriting, finance, and marketing, to provide actuarial insights that support business growth and strategic decision-making. The Senior Pricing Actuary will also be expected to mentor junior actuaries, contribute to team capability development, and support the implementation of new pricing methodologies and actuarial best practices. Applicants for the Senior Pricing Actuary position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of actuarial pricing experience within the insurance industry, with a preference for those with a background in life or health insurance. Strong actuarial modeling skills, particularly using Prophet or similar software, and a good understanding of Indonesian insurance pricing regulations are essential. The role requires a candidate with an FSAI qualification, proven experience in leading pricing initiatives, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with strong project management abilities and a commitment to continuous professional development, including leadership or mentoring experience.
