Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key strategic leader, responsible for the development and execution of the company's long-term financial strategy, funding models, and cash flow governance. This role involves providing expert financial and commercial advice to the executive management and the Board of Directors, as well as driving financial transformation, business improvement, and digitalization. The successful candidate will also oversee financial management, treasury, and performance, and will be instrumental in corporate finance, investments, and M&A activities. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with a professional qualification or an MBA being highly desirable. A minimum of 15-20 years' of total working experience, including at least 5 years' in a senior managerial or C-suite role, is required. Experience in the property development or construction industry is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing and managing capital funding initiatives, as well as expertise in portfolio diversification, commercialization strategies, and business performance monitoring. Exceptional leadership, integrity, ethics, and strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role.
