Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key player in the organization's financial strategy, providing strategic leadership in corporate planning, and overseeing the group's financial health, treasury, and risk management. This executive will be responsible for driving financial transformation, leading financial and commercial advisory for the GCEO and Board of Directors, and ensuring the company's long-term commercial sustainability and shareholder value. The role also involves leading financial evaluations for new business initiatives, strategic partnerships, and M&A opportunities, as well as enhancing internal financial controls and ensuring statutory compliance. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with a professional qualification or an MBA being highly desirable. A minimum of 15-20 years' of total working experience, including at least 5 years' in a senior managerial or C-suite capacity, is required. A proven track record in the property development or construction industry is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have expertise in securing and managing capital funding initiatives, a background in portfolio diversification and commercialization strategies, and exceptional leadership skills with a focus on integrity, ethics, and stakeholder engagement.
