Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team at a pivotal stage of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the CEO to execute the company's growth strategy, leading the finance function, and building scalable processes and systems to support the next phase of growth. This role is particularly focused on driving commercial decision-making through SaaS KPI reporting and financial insight, as well as preparing the business for a successful exit with a strong emphasis on financial governance and readiness. The ideal CFO for this role will be a commercially minded finance leader with a strong background in scaling high-growth software businesses, particularly within a private equity-backed B2B SaaS environment. Essential requirements include being a current or previous Number 1 finance leader, having a deep understanding of SaaS metrics, and experience in supporting businesses through rapid growth, ideally from £5m-20m+ ARR. The role also demands a candidate who is confident in partnering with CEOs, Boards, and private equity investors, and who has a hands-on leadership style with the ability to build teams, systems, and processes in a scaling environment. Experience in US expansion and a successful transaction or exit is advantageous.
