Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its team. The CFO will be a key player in the firm's growth, overseeing all financial aspects of both private equity and private credit strategies. This includes leading fund finance and management company accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring robust financial controls, regulatory compliance, and tax governance, as well as managing relationships with various financial partners. A critical part of the role is to support fundraising, investor due diligence, and the launch of new investment vehicles, while also partnering with the Managing Partners on strategic planning and business growth initiatives. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have significant senior finance leadership experience within private equity, private credit, or alternative asset management. A strong knowledge of fund accounting, investor reporting, treasury, tax, and financial controls is essential, as is a proven track record of supporting fundraising and scaling finance functions. The role requires a commercially minded individual with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, who is adept at working with institutional investors, fund administrators, auditors, and external advisers. The CFO will also be responsible for leading and developing the finance function, driving operational excellence, and continuous improvement. A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is a necessary requirement.
