The Company is seeking a founding Executive Director for its new AI Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the business from the ground up, including defining the service offerings, setting pricing, and establishing a go-to-market strategy. This role is pivotal in creating demand, particularly in the areas of corporate training and thought leadership in AI transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in consultancy or L&D, be deeply engaged with AI, and have a proven track record of winning and managing advisory or training deals. They should be comfortable with ambiguity, have a genuine network in the AI space, and be adept at representing a brand in the market. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a background that includes an Executive Director or General Manager level role, or equivalent experience. Deep engagement with AI and fluency in its application is essential, as is a history of working within a large-scale organization to understand the dynamics of decision-making. The role requires a candidate who is energized by the prospect of starting with a blank page and is capable of owning the commercial aspects of the business, including P&L, pricing, partnerships, and hiring.
