Head of Marine

The Company is seeking a Head of Marine for North America to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading the growth and development of the North American marine insurance market. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing growth strategies, leading a team, and will have the opportunity to work with an already established marine team that supports brokers across various regions. The Head of Marine will be expected to have expertise in areas such as marine hull and machinery, marine liability, P&I, or fine art/specie, and must be capable of or have the desire to build a highly successful team. The ideal candidate for the Head of Marine position at the company will be an entrepreneurial marine producer/leader with a strong network and the ability to exploit opportunities within that network.
