Market President Producer II

The Company is seeking a Market President Producer II to oversee the performance of a defined market, with a focus on client service quality, balance sheet quality, profitability, growth, and risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a consistent client experience, developing and executing a marketing plan, and integrating all banking functions in the local market. This role requires the development of new business client relationships, the expansion of existing client relationships, and the delivery of a differentiated client experience. The Market President Producer II will also be involved in community activities to solicit new business and will assume responsibility for the profitability and quality of commercial loan portfolios. Applicants for the Market President Producer II position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training, with a preference for a Master's degree. A minimum of 10 years' banking experience is required, along with a strong understanding of commercial credit, including underwriting and loan structuring. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and computer skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints. The candidate must be adept at providing financial insights and using strategic advisory tools to advocate for clients. Responsibilities also include the selection and leadership of a community advisory board and active participation in various professional and community affairs.
