Associate Vice President, Real Estate Fund Accounting Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Real Estate Fund Accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial and portfolio management tasks. This includes financial reporting, management of fund service providers, overseeing the acquisition and disposition process, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of financial data. The role also involves supporting the preparation of various financial statements and reports, providing deal support, and managing the audit and tax reporting processes. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to contribute to the valuation process, support the investment decision process, and be involved in treasury activities such as cash management and fund-level debt facilities. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a licensed CPA. A minimum of 10-14 years' of relevant professional experience is required, with a background in public accounting, particularly from a Big 4 firm, and/or fund accounting. Advanced Excel skills are strongly preferred, and experience with real estate G/L systems is a plus.
