Head of Grid

The Company is seeking a Head of Grid for its German portfolio. This pivotal role involves leading the grid connection strategy for large-scale BESS projects, managing relationships with TSOs, DSOs, and other key grid stakeholders, and overseeing the entire grid connection process from development to execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting site selection, managing grid-related risks, and working closely with the European team to develop the company's grid strategy. Additionally, the role includes the opportunity to build and grow the German grid team as the business expands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the German grid market, with a focus on large-scale power infrastructure projects. Key requirements include a deep understanding of grid connections in Germany, experience with TSOs, and a background in BESS, renewables, power infrastructure, or a related sector.
