The Company is in need of a seasoned General Counsel to provide in-house, law firm partner-level legal guidance on corporate matters. The successful candidate will be a trusted legal advisor to the company's ownership and senior management, offering strategic counsel on a wide range of corporate legal issues, particularly those related to technology and global operations. This role requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, at least 20 years of relevant legal experience, and a strong background in corporate law, including experience with mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. The General Counsel will also be responsible for overseeing commercial, technology, and intellectual property legal matters, and must have a proven track record of senior-level legal judgment and decision-making.
