Head of Business, Bioprocessing

The Company is seeking a Head of Business for its global bioprocessing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the global growth strategy, owning annual plans, budgets, KPIs, and financial performance, and leading a talented international organization. This high-autonomy leadership role with a global impact involves influencing innovation in downstream single-use bioprocessing, driving SAP CRM adoption, and corporate process integration. The Head of Business will also be tasked with developing key accounts, markets, and strategic opportunities, as well as leading marketing, product management, and R&D organizations. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, with an MBA being preferred, and possess commercial leadership experience in technical or industrial markets. Knowledge of the pharma or biopharma industry is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have expertise in P&L, portfolio, and product lifecycle management, as well as proficiency in SAP CRM, and a strategic mindset with a global orientation. The role requires the ability to build, inspire, and develop a high-performing global team, and the Head of Business will be expected to have a strong influence on the company's innovation and growth in the highly regulated biopharma markets.
