The Company is seeking a VP, Catalog to lead the global strategy and market growth of its catalog division. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial leader with a strong focus on revenue growth and will be responsible for the vision, structure, and financial health of the global catalog business. This role requires a strategic approach to catalog management, treating the entire repertoire as a dynamic, high-growth engine, and ensuring that catalog priorities are integrated into the company's business planning. The VP, Catalog will also be tasked with building and owning the global catalog roadmap, developing and executing catalog strategies across multiple revenue pillars, and driving commercial influence to maximize the impact of the company's repertoire. Candidates for the VP, Catalog position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in digital commerce, marketing, or distribution, with a proven track record in project management and global coordination. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the intersection between commerce channels and economic models, advanced experience in P&L management, and a robust network of senior relationships across global commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be a master of the industry, with the ability to balance data-driven insights with creative storytelling, and will be adept at leveraging technology to drive scalable, global optimization. Leadership and team mentorship skills are also essential, as the role involves leading a high-performing team and fostering a culture of innovation and strategic excellence.
