The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the transformation and growth of the organization. The CFO will be responsible for defining, managing, and implementing the financial strategy and policy in alignment with the company's strategic plan. This includes overseeing the entire finance department, from team building to skill development, and ensuring a sound cost/resource balance across the company. The role also involves managing all financial reporting, as well as internal and external financial communication. The CFO will be a key partner to the President and all departments, particularly in the areas of budgeting, monthly reports, cash flow, and sales forecasts. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a degree in finance and significant experience in various financial disciplines, including accounting, consolidation, industrial management control, treasury, financing, and taxation, preferably in an international setting. A strong command of financial information systems and ERP projects is essential, as is a proven track record in managing international subsidiaries, leading teams, and driving strategic projects. The CFO should be fluent in English, possess a strategic vision, and be adept at empowering and developing teams. The role requires a results-oriented approach, the ability to manage performance, support growth, and lead transformations in complex environments, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and maintain a focus on efficiency and agility.
