The Company is in search of an Interim CEO/CRO to spearhead the transformation of an established international premium consumer brand. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a focused operational and financial improvement program, with the goal of significantly enhancing profitability, cash generation, and execution. This role is pivotal in maintaining the brand's heritage and long-term positioning while driving necessary commercial changes. The Interim CEO will work closely with the Board, investors, and founding shareholders to address a range of challenges, including improving EBITDA margins, working capital, inventory, and cash conversion, as well as reducing production and product development lead times. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background as a CEO, CRO, or senior operating executive, with a proven track record in leading transformation within an international premium consumer, branded retail, or luxury environment. Key requirements include experience in leading turnaround, restructuring, or performance-improvement programs, full P&L responsibility in a business of similar scale and complexity, and a deep understanding of international retail, wholesale, and e-commerce models. The role demands a leader with demonstrable achievements in margin improvement and cash generation, particularly within a private equity-backed environment. A strong leadership presence, a pragmatic, hands-on approach, and fluency in French are highly advantageous for this position.
