Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in its growth and transformation. The CFO will be a key business partner, working closely with operational departments to define and manage the financial performance of a national network of brands. This senior executive will be responsible for supporting strategic decision-making, producing financial and operational analyses, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities. The role also involves defining and monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing financial and operational results, and developing tools for reporting, management control, and decision support. Ensuring the reliability of financial information and the quality of internal control processes is a critical aspect of the position. The ideal candidate for the CFO role at the company will have a higher education degree in finance, with over 10 years' experience in corporate finance, including a significant period in a financial or performance management role. Experience in multi-site or retail environments is highly valued. The successful CFO will be known for their ability to combine strategic vision with operational focus, and for their strong leadership skills that can unite diverse stakeholders. A results-oriented approach, rigor, and the ability to thrive in demanding and changing environments are essential.
