Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Operations Security & SOC

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with a strong operational focus to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the practical protection of systems, managing security incidents, and securing IT environments in production. This role is pivotal in the context of strengthening the cybersecurity posture and improving the reliability of security systems. Key responsibilities include operational security and SOC management, IT and cloud environment protection, pragmatic information security governance, business continuity and resilience, cross-functional leadership, and security culture development. The CISO will also be involved in offer structuring and pre-sales contribution, playing a crucial role in the development of cybersecurity offerings and client engagement. The ideal candidate for this CISO position at the company will have a higher education in computer science, cybersecurity, or equivalent, with a Master's degree preferred. While certifications such as ISO 27001, EBIOS, CISM, and CISSP are a plus, they are not a requirement. The role demands a proven experience in operational cybersecurity, particularly in SOC environments, and a solid understanding of infrastructure, network, hybrid cloud, and operations environments. Technical skills should include mastery of information security fundamentals, good understanding of SOC tools and practices, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams. Behavioral skills should reflect a pragmatic and field-oriented approach, collaborative leadership, and the ability to work in a client context, delivering a credible security vision.
