This senior leadership role is pivotal in the end-to-end design execution, from reference architecture to construction support, and involves managing a team of Principal Engineering and Architecture leaders, as well as external design and construction partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring design quality, constructability, and multi-discipline coordination, and will be accountable for the design inputs to cost, schedule, and availability targets. The role requires a strong background in data center or mission-critical design, with a focus on hyperscale or AI-focused facilities, and a proven track record in leading design across the full delivery lifecycle.
