Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a seasoned Head of Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial management, strategic planning, and operational transformation within the finance organization. This role involves upskilling the finance team, maintaining rigorous financial reporting standards, and driving continuous optimization of control frameworks. As a strategic finance leader, the Head of Finance will also be involved in long-range business planning, commercial analysis, and guiding critical investment decisions to support business growth. Additionally, the role includes optimizing cash flow, capital deployment, and minimizing tax exposure, as well as sponsoring cross-functional systems automation projects and managing statutory compliance. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be degree qualified with a CPA/ACCA and have a minimum of 15 years' experience in senior finance management roles, particularly within fast-growing and entrepreneurial organizations. The role requires demonstrated expertise in strategic business partnering, business transformation, AI automation, and executive governance. Effective communication skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to influence multi-disciplinary stakeholders across diverse regions are essential for success in this capacity. The Head of Finance will also be expected to build capability within the broader regional finance organization and ensure that the team is equipped to meet the demands of the company's aggressive growth plans.
